Hello, I'm Naomi

Welcome to my little corner of the web! I’m Naomi, a proud mama to two rambunctious boys and happily married to my very supportive husband. Life with two kiddos keeps me on my toes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

 

When I’m not busy being a mum, you’ll often find me on two wheels, gearing up for my annual charity cycle, spinning or training at the gym. Whether it’s tackling challenging hills or cruising along scenic routes, cycling is my ultimate escape – a chance to clear my mind, push my limits.

 

Aside from cycling and training, I’m fiercely passionate about supporting women through every stage of early motherhood and beyond. I have had the privilege of guiding women through the incredible journey of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Whether it’s helping mamas-to-be stay active and healthy during pregnancy or empowering mums to rebuild their strength postpartum, I’m here to offer support and encouragement in a nurturing and relaxed environment.

 

And let’s not forget about pelvic floor health – because it’s time we started talking about it! Whether it’s pre and postnatal care or helping women navigate menopausal symptoms or other pelvic floor conditions, I’m here to empower women to take control of their pelvic health and live their best lives.

 

With years of experience in musculoskeletal conditions I can help you recover from whatever your body throws at you to help you heal, strengthen, and flourish.

 

When I’m not busy cycling, training or advocating for women’s health, you can find me cooking up nutritious meals, exploring the great outdoors with my family, or watching a crime drama with a cup of tea!
