Mummy MOT®

Exercise is an important part of the recovery, as it helps to strengthen the muscles which have been stretched during pregnancy. The Mummy MOT® is a great way to start the process, helping to prevent backache, improve posture and start to build up your abdominal muscles and pelvic floor.

 

I’ll start by carrying out an initial assessment where I can talk to you about your goals. Once we’ve had our consultation, I’ll put together a functional exercise plan to help you bend, squat and lift confidently.
